Role Overview
Solera, a global leader in risk and asset management data and software solutions, is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the customer support department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through various interactions, including email, phone, chat, and web channels.

Your Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers related to Solera software, providing expert advice and knowledge over various communication channels
* Deliver professional and efficient customer service while meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
* Communicate effectively both internally and externally, accurately recording all customer contact and outcomes within designated software
* Escalate calls or cases in a timely manner, documenting enhancements to drive continuous improvements
* Adhere to working processes and procedures for the department and company

Requirements and Qualifications
* At least 1-2 years' experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a customer-focused environment, preferably a contact center
* Experience in technical or software support capacity would be ideal
* Familiarity with CRM and telephony systems beneficial (preferably Salesforce Service Cloud and Genesys)
* Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate well with people at various levels of a business
* A desire to go the extra mile for customers and take personal responsibility for resolving issues
* Fluent language skills in English, with additional languages a plus
