About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Belvo. As a key member of our Customer Engineering team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their success with our Open Finance solutions portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client questions regarding implementation, use of Belvo's products, and other technical matters.
- Quantify an issue's scope and severity, and implement changes to reduce ticket volumes.
- Collaborate with technical writers and the Product team to author and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support of a technical product.
- Excellent communication skills, with a native level of Portuguese and a good level of English.
- Empathy is a core value for you, and you have a client-first attitude.
