Customer Support Specialist

About the Role:
As a Customer Support Specialist at SupportYourApp, you will be part of a multicultural and multilingual environment, working with clients from over 30 countries and speaking over 60 languages. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer and technical support via calls, emails, and chats, ensuring resolution of complex cases and meeting team KPIs. You will work collaboratively in a team, gathering required technical information, and securely handling customers' sensitive information.

Requirements:
• Excellent German and English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Independent and proactive approach to work
• Personal laptop or computer (at least 8GB of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
