Customer Support Specialist Role Overview
Mentice Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. As a key player in our organization, you'll directly contribute to our mission of improving healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales support through product demonstrations and proactive engagement with customers.
- Deliver comprehensive customer trainings and assist with software updates.
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM and support system.
- Act as a liaison between development projects and assigned customers.
- Collect and relay valuable feedback to our corporate product team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in biomedical, medical, computer science, or engineering fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or computer support, ideally related to healthcare.
- Medical experience is a bonus, and familiarity with the interventional field is advantageous.
