**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team performance metrics
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive customer information
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our clients' products and services
**Requirements:**
- Excellent Italian and English language skills (C1 level or higher)
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer with 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
- Will be a plus:
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with CRM systems
