About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Belvo. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client technical issues from their first symptom to their eventual resolution, communicating with our clients and internal stakeholders in a timely manner throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution
- Investigate complex technical issues and bugs to provide world-class support
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve issues and improve product functionality
- Author and maintain customer-facing knowledge base articles to improve self-serviceability
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
- Empathy and understanding of product issues
- Client-first attitude and commitment to working with us for 1-2 years
- Process-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills, with native level of Spanish and good level of English
