About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Preply. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting users with their interactions on our platform, and resolving any issues they may face.
Your Impact
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have a significant impact on our users' experience. You will be the first point of contact for many of our users, and your ability to provide excellent support will directly affect their satisfaction with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customers' questions and resolve any issues they may be facing
- Identify problem areas and flag them to the concerned team
- Ensure customer satisfaction, and work on collecting and tracking user feedback
- Work closely with the product teams to resolve issues and share customer feedback
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to provide proactive and innovative solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs
- Ability to work in teams
- A customer-centric, empathetic mindset with excellent listening skills
- An ability to focus on what counts, creating simple solutions to deliver fast results
