Customer Support Agent

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and efficient support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide expert support
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (bilingual in 2 languages + English intermediate)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
