Job Summary

The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for implementing and supporting technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and office/classroom systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for working in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostics and resolution of technical issues related to hardware, software, and network, including telecom, conferencing, and AV systems.
  • Maintenance and deployment of 1:1 device program, including management software.
  • Maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of workstations and other IT equipment.
  • Tracking, prioritizing, and documenting requests using an IT support request system.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Energized by Avenues' mission and opportunity for impact in education.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service skills.
Estimated Salary

R$ 6,500 - R$ 8,000 per month (approximately USD $1,300-$1,600)
