We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Customer Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
About the RoleThis is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of remote work and office collaboration. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain product knowledge in specific ERP products
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in customer management and communication
- Experience analyzing data and identifying insights
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Familiarity with ERP software and customer relationship management
We welcome candidates with additional experience in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
