Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our Customer Support department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role that offers the perfect blend of remote work and office collaboration. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge in specific ERP products
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in customer management and communication
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying insights
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English
  • Familiarity with ERP software and customer relationship management
Preferred Qualifications

We welcome candidates with additional experience in Microsoft Office and fluency in English.
