Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist who can provide first-line and second-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote tools. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues using Office 365, Salesforce, Slack, and other business applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Office 365, Salesforce, and other business applications
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using multiple tools
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- 2+ years of experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
- Proficiency in Office 365, Salesforce, and Slack
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
