• Write and localize blog articles that align with content marketing strategies and SEO best practices.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and branding teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity.

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, customer interests, and competitor content to identify new opportunities.

• Optimize copy for clarity, grammar, and style, adhering to both internal editorial guidelines and cultural nuances.

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach.

• Assist in campaign brainstorming, editorial planning, and content calendar development.

• Native-level fluency in Portuguese (Brazilian) , with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

• Proficient in English for internal communications and team collaboration.

• Strong portfolio of social media and blog content tailored to Brazilian audiences.

• Familiarity with SEO and digital content marketing strategies.

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, and creative environment.

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing.

• Proven track record of success in writing for social media and blogs in a business or agency setting.

• Experience with content tools such as Google Docs, Grammarly, SEMrush, or similar is preferred.

• Familiarity with design collaboration tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) is a plus.

• Flexible remote schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Brasília Time) .

• Must be available for virtual team meetings and feedback sessions as needed.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Deep understanding of Brazilian online culture, trends, and consumer behavior.

• Ability to maintain brand voice while adapting tone for different platforms and audiences.
