Key Responsibilities Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global objectives. Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities; participate in and oversee special projects as requested. Design and develop dashboards and metrics that enable data-driven decision-making and process improvements. Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across various functions and geographies, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability. Represent the team assertively in Global Forums, effectively communicating key updates, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Ensure precise and targeted information sharing, understanding business needs to anticipate and fulfill data requirements. Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, leveraging data to transform and enhance KYC (Know Your Customer) processes. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of KYC processes, regulatory requirements, and how data can drive transformation and compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global, multi-disciplinary environment. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations. Strong, assertive communication skills, with experience representing teams in global or senior leadership forums. Deep understanding of KYC processes and the role of data in transforming onboarding and compliance activities. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus. About us J.P.
