JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global objectives.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports to support global Client Onboarding activities; participate in and oversee special projects as requested.
  • Design and develop dashboards and metrics that enable data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders across various functions and geographies, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Represent the team assertively in Global Forums, effectively communicating key updates, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Ensure precise and targeted information sharing, understanding business needs to anticipate and fulfill data requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, leveraging data to transform and enhance KYC (Know Your Customer) processes.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of KYC processes, regulatory requirements, and how data can drive transformation and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a global, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong, assertive communication skills, with experience representing teams in global or senior leadership forums.
  • Deep understanding of KYC processes and the role of data in transforming onboarding and compliance activities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python and SQL, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is a plus.
