Program Manager, Accessibility UX Infrastructure

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Program Management on cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with product, UX, and Program Managers on roadmaps.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the accessibility and/or larger disability inclusion space.
- Experience with UX design, user research, and/or user centered development tools and processes.
- Experience working with horizontal teams.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager for the Accessibility UX Infrastructure team, you will work with a cross-functional team to define strategies and optimize processes that will drive the impact of our efforts around User Experience Design and Research. You will develop strong relationships with partner teams to scale programs that allow Googlers to learn from the disability community to ensure they can build products that delight everyone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the larger Central Accessibility UX team and other internal stakeholders to improve the Accessibility UX processes, resources, tooling, and documentation.
- Manage critical projects based on emergent business needs.
- Define and track success metrics for programs and workstreams to demonstrate team impact and influence teams to do more accessibility research.
- Manage vendors using internal tools, onboard organizations, and track work and impact.
