You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate Service Now across enterprise environments. This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.✅Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintainService Now applications(scoped & global) across multiple modules.Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, Java Script) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules.Architect and implementREST/SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity.Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions.Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions.Stay up to date with Service Now releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) – RequiredCertified Application Developer (CAD) – RequiredBachelor’s degree inSoftware Engineering(minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus.5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.)Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, Java Script, Flow Designer)Experience withintegrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflowsProvenclient-facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholdersFluent in English (written & verbal)Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate infast-paced, high-impact projects⭐Nice to HaveExperience withApp Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATFExposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Additional Service Now certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.)Previous experience delivering solutions toUS-based enterprise clientsWhy Apricot Jam?100% Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.
