You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.✅Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintainServiceNow applications(scoped & global) across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implementREST/SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices . Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions . Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients.RequirementsCertified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required Bachelor’s degree inSoftware Engineering(minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience , with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Strong scripting and automation skills ( Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer ) Experience withintegrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows Provenclient-facing experience , able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders Fluent in English (written & verbal) Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate infast-paced, high-impact projects⭐Nice to HaveExperience withApp Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF Exposure toAgile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.) Previous experience delivering solutions toUS-based enterprise clientsWhy Apricot Jam?100% Remote with Real-Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.S. hours) People-First Culture – We profit share, we retain, we grow together Global Clients – Work with publicly traded U.S. companies and high-growth tech Elite Talent Pool – Top-tier colleagues, strong mentorship, and career growth Long-Term Engagements – We invest in teams, not gigsInterested?
