Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of custom applications, automating workflows and integrating Servicenow across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and maintain Servicenow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals. Design and implement complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Leverage Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity to architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices, ensuring scalability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions that meet client needs. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions, driving innovation and growth. Stay up-to-date with Servicenow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients and informing strategic decisions.
