About the Team / Role Our People team is on a mission to shape a thriving workplace across the globe. As a People Analytics Expert – LatAm , you will be part of a regional HR team that partners closely with leaders across LatAm countries. This role sits at the intersection of data and strategy: you’ll be responsible for transforming people data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions on workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and compliance. Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of regional HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, demographics, productivity). Translate complex data into clear insights to guide workforce planning and organizational decisions. Manage and monitor compliance requirements across LatAm (e.g., legal quotas, workforce reporting). Analyze employee engagement and eNPS results, turning feedback into actionable recommendations. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure data‑driven strategies for talent, cost, and workforce efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and automation in analytics and reporting processes. Collaborate with global People Analytics teams to ensure alignment on methodology and tools. Qualifications Experience in People Analytics, HR Reporting, or Workforce Planning in multinational environments. Strong skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors, or similar). Solid understanding of HR metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, engagement). Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and data storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders. Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable. Curious, analytical, and proactive mindset with the ability to connect data to business strategy. Why You'll Love Working Here We create user value.
