- Our Beauty & Wellbeing team is embarking on an exciting journey as it TRESemmé Senior Brand Manager.
- What can you expect from the role?
- TRESemmé plays a unique role in Unilever’s Hair portfolio as the professional-quality, end-look brand. LATAM is the one of the key regions for TRESemmé with a wide-spread presence. The TRESemmé Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the Brand Strategy and Innovations development for the different LatAm countries. This person will have 2 direct reports (2 Associate Brand Managers).
- Responsible for Brand Growth Strategy definition and implementation: define and coordinate the brand global strategy, including brand architecture, portfolio destination and design identity and ensures implementation with the markets;
- Responsible for Innovation: design the overall innovation strategy and responsible for the mix development and delivery of innovation projects with the cross-functional teams;
- Drive the Brand Sustainability agenda in the region; o Lead relationship with key markets: liaising with Operating companies, understanding business, key drivers, innovation networks, roll-outs of various projects, issue management & ensuring alignment to all global requirements in order to ensure flawless execution and on time delivery.

- Demonstrated track record of spotting opportunities and moving quickly to capitalize on them: you show initiative, you are ingenious, resourceful and you make things happen, you feel comfortable exploring new spaces and opportunities;
- You can deliver under pressure in a non-structured, entrepreneurial environment. You act with courage and thrive on holding self and others accountable on delivering stretching targets;
- Strong project management skills. Lead cross functional innovation projects, ensuring they are aligned to market requirements and to the global strategy;
- Have strong strategic and influencing skills, be comfortable working with senior stakeholders;
- Ability to work and help teams thrive despite change, ambiguity and complexity;
- Experience in working as part of virtual teams across geographical, cultural and time differences;
- Have good experience and understanding of Beauty & Personal Care category, preferably Hair;
- Sensitivity to the Beauty world: passion for trends, attention to detail, love for look and style;
- Fluent in English and Spanish
