**Responsibilities**:
- Role focuses on collecting data (surveys and interviews), data visualization, and writing reports and articles with research findings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market & product research.
- Close collaboration with fellow researchers /analysts.
- Recruit interviewees.
- Prepare guides and conduct interviews.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data.
- Prepare and present research reports.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Fluency in English - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree - In Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of research methods - Familiarity with qualitative (e.g., interviews) and quantitative (surveys, data analysis, questionnaires) research approaches.
- Hands-on academic or internship Experience - Some experience working on research-related projects (university, internships, or personal initiatives); market research experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills - Comfortable presenting findings and collaborating with other team members.
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset - Ability to synthesize large volumes of information, spot patterns, and identify actionable insights.
**_ Good, but not required:_**
- Data Tools - Experience with Excel / Google Suite (SPSS) or similar for data cleaning and analysis is a strong advantage.
- Interest in games and game development.
