Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with 3+ years of professional experience to join our successful project from the USA. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day configuration of the Salesforce org, ensuring system stability and data accuracy. Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and automation tools. Provide ongoing support to end-users: troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving system errors. Conduct user training and develop documentation for new processes. Manage user onboarding/offboarding and ensure correct permission assignments. Qualifications Must have: 3+ years of commercial experience; Understanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionality; Objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules creation and management; Experience configuring automation using Flows; User and Permission management experience; Knowledge of data management tools; Upper-Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English (B2+). Nice to have: Integrations with Formstuck, Docusign or other signing tools experience. About Project Our client is a Software company from the USA. Product: A late-stage biotechnology company focused on advancing high-precision cell therapies for blood cancers and autoimmune disorders. Its investigational treatments aim to replace a patient’s damaged blood and immune system with a healthy one. Using a manufacturing platform built on single-cell precision, the company develops uniquely defined, proprietary cell products with the potential to transform the field of allogeneic cell therapy. Work Schedule Full-time working day, the full remote is available.
