About the Role

We are looking for an Engineering Support Specialist who wants to learn and grow their career.

  • Investigate and drive support resolution with web engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from web platforms.
  • Help to define and improve runtime while enhancing web support platforms and applications.
  • Become a subject matter expert and help improving service elasticity, resiliency and recovery times.
  • Improve software development life cycle (SDLC) / Continuous Delivery key results such as increasing release cadence and reducing incident rates.
  • Create documentation and code snippets to share with engineering teams.
