Responsibilities Analyze, interpret, and extract insights from large datasets to drive business decisions and strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to define data analysis objectives and requirements. Design, develop, and implement data models, algorithms, and statistical approaches to solve complex business problems. Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate analysis results to stakeholders. Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data to detect opportunities and risks. Perform data quality assessments and implement measures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover patterns and insights that inform business decisions. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data analysis and apply them to improve existing processes and methodologies. Requirements 5+ years of experience in, analytics, business intelligence, data architecture, including data modeling (logical & physical), data visualization, data warehousing, and analytical enablement, including data preparation and basic data transformations. 5+ years of business experience, with demonstrated project management, product management or managerial skills. 5+ years of experience reviewing and writing technical & business requirements in relation to insights, effective data visualization, data management, metrics/KPIs or software development projects.

5+ years of experience in supporting marketing, finance, operational, or management data and insights as a data analyst with a keen ability to quickly evaluate and understand a diverse set of data to rapidly add value with data Experience in writing and understanding complex SQL queries to solve different business analytical problems. Track record of delivering reliable and performant Tableau dashboards. Strong knowledge of project & program management techniques and tools as well as product owner experience (Agile/Scrum Master/Product Owner certification preferred, experience with Atlassian Suite: Jira, Compass, etc. preferred). Strong empathy for customers and the ability to think and design from the customers perspective with a strong ability to find the 80/20 solution when necessary. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Desirable Qualifications Skills: Bachelor’s degree in the field of business, computer science or similar area or equivalent work experience Salesforce or other CRM experience PMP or equivalent
