About the role

We are seeking aSenior Data Architect with a passion for data to join our team. In this role, you will take a leading position in designing, implementing, and orchestrating advanced data and analytics solutions for the healthcare, welfare, and life science sectors in Sweden.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with our customers to understand and analyze their requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet their expectations and deliver significant value and benefits to patients.
• Acting as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating and sharing your knowledge with customers.
• Engaging with our technology partners and utilizing their globally leading cloud and data products.
• Working alongside fellow architects, DevOps teams, product management, and local sales to drive success.
• Hands-on data modeling and supporting the team with best practices and your knowledge of health care data in Sweden

Ideally you possess the following competences and abilities:

• Experience in technical roles within complex data environments.
• Knowledge of welfare or health data in Sweden
  • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
  • Good written and oral communication skills in English, fluency in Swedish is mandatory.
  • Mindset for continuous learning and professional growth.

It would be great bonus if you also had:

• Experience in modern software engineering and software product development, particularly in distributed organizations.
  • Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and privacy regulations within Sweden and the EU.
  • Knowledge of major big data solutions including Databricks, Synapse Analytics, Kafka, and Delta Lake.
