RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Register client financial transactions, clearances, and bank reconciliations in the financial system within the established deadlines, ensuring accurate records of all operations.
  2. Monitor the receipt of necessary documents for the financial closing process of clients.
  3. Prepare and provide the required reports for financial analysis of each client company, including:
    1. Accounts receivable and accounts payable report;
    2. Cash flow report;
    3. Revenue and expense report by cost center.
  4. Monitor client bank account transactions to ensure proper records in financial systems.
  5. Ensure the inclusion of payments in the clients' online banking system (Bankline) and communicate with them for financial processing approval.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE:

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Mid-Level Analyst in a previous company
  2. Advanced knowledge of Excel
  3. Experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar

NICE TO HAVE:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management, or currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields
  2. Experience with Financial BPO
