Overview of the role:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This professional will be responsible for taking raw information – numbers or qualitative data sets – and constructing narratives that help our business colleagues to make better decisions. The primary goal of this position is to take large volumes of complex data, extract insights, and help solve problems.
Business Intelligence Analyst — Responsibilities- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identifying and querying data sources to get the required data.
- Cleanse and massage data into the shape required, creating Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirements.
- Present and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished product.
- Deploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.
- Conduct technical training.
- Maintain and document the operational environment.
- Maintain and process SQL Server SPs and queries.
- At least 3 years of experience developing BI dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of experience using Tableau.
- A solid understanding of modeling relational data concepts.
- Strong analytic skills with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver commitments.
- Superior organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
- Experience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus).
- Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus).

Data Analyst Roles (Brazil/Portugal) – Data AnalystLooking for two Data Analyst positions to support an upcoming engagement expected to run through end of November, with a potential for extension depending on project needs:

- Solid understanding of data analysis techniques, statistics, and KPIs.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and various data sources.
- Experience with Excel; Python or R is a plus.
- English level: B2 or higher; able to work in an international team environment.
- Must be currently residing in Brazil or Portugal.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data storytelling and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of ETL processes or working with data engineering teams.

The social + media data analyst role is responsible for pulling, transforming, and analyzing data sets to provide actionable insights and aid with data-driven strategies. This is a remote, international contract role with the ability to work for up to 6 months. Pay range is R$7.000 - $9.000/month.
- Identify and ensure alignment on key performance indicators for organic social and paid media campaigns
- Develop and execute monitoring and measurement plans based on objectives and KPIs
