**What your new challenge will look like**:In this position, you will have a wide variety of tasks and will be responsible for the continuous development of all existing processes as well as the implementation of new processes in our HCM system, Workday. In particular your responsibilities will include:- Support of 4flow colleagues in their daily work with Workday- Set up reports in alignment with HR Quality Management & Projects Team- Use reports to identify data gaps and improve data completeness- Provide reports to stakeholders to support transparency on gaps & data quality issues- Clarify data mismatches with stakeholders and correct them in Workday- Support staffing allocation process within 4flow management- Support of further development of the system in alignment with HR Quality Management & Projects Team- Taking over tasks and assigned working packages to support further improvement and development of 4m related Workday processes- Support in generating training material and enable the 4m organization to use Workday**Why you belong at 4flow**:- You have successfully completed a degree or a training program, ideally in business administration, computer science or a related discipline- You have work experience (relevant internships or student jobs counts) in HR, developing business processes, and/or developing and implementing HR systems- An independent and analytical working style matches your profile- You are willing to learn, you are team oriented,- You know how to handles confidential information and personal data- You are interested in an international, dynamic working environment- Excellent written and verbal Portuguese and English communication skills- Experience in working with MS Office, especially PowerPoint**What we offer**:Come join us 4flow offers a clearly defined vision, excellent job security, and outstanding opportunities for your individual development.
