Seja um conector, tanto entre áreas da agência (concept, insight, mídia, account e afins) quanto o cliente e as pessoas, trazendo o entendimento de como a criatividade e narração de histórias apoiam os objetivos comerciais de marca. Assegure que a criatividade esteja fundamentada nas metas, objetivos, desempenho do mercado e percepções do consumidor/audiência do cliente, especialmente ao colaborar e orientar as demais equipes. Seja tanto o líder quanto um contribuinte chave para as discussões. Sua presença deve ser sentida e você deve estar causando impacto em qualquer reunião em que tenha um papel de destaque, tanto interna quanto externamente. Responsabilidades Orientar e ensinar a equipe a desenvolver as habilidades de estratégia da marca; Identificar tendências, comportamentos e manter-se constantemente atualizado sobre os assuntos recentes, a fim de identificar oportunidades de pauta para os clientes da agência; Relacionar e colaborar com cliente e equipes da agência para garantir que as ideias, estratégias e objetivos de campanhas e projetos sejam realizados com sucesso; Desenvolver e orientar storytelling de apresentações de estratégia de marca; Acompanhar, desenvolver e executar a criação de brandbook e social playbook junto a equipe; Definir e elaborar buyers personas em conjunto com demais áreas (mídia, Koga, BI); Desenvolver direcionais criativos em parceria com o time de Concept; Desenvolver comms planning em parceria com time de mídia; Fornecer o norte estratégico para os projetos; INGLÊS FLUENTE Requisitos / Qualificações INGLÊS FLUENTE.
