Overview IT Process Analyst SR – Sales & Distribution role at RHI Magnesita. Location: Contagem-MG. You will analyze, improve, and govern Sales and Distribution support processes with a technical focus, including responsibility in cross-functional module Transportation (Oracle TMS) and participation in international projects. About the job Your passion lies in analyzing, improving, and governing Sales and Distribution support processes. You will take over responsibility in cross-functional Transportation (Oracle TMS) and engage in international projects. You are hands-on, dynamic, action-oriented, communicative, and innovative, eager to take responsibilities in your process area. You will support stakeholders in a changing environment and be an expert in Service & Support Management, contributing to new strategies and technologies. In addition, your tasks will include Demand & Change Management lead in the sales and distribution area Evaluate Support Requests as 2nd level support member and decide about changes & projects Be sparing partner to our Key Users as Service and Support partner in the region Be accountable for solution presenting - new technologies, offer Business Analysis & Functional specifications Give trainings and improve know-how of our users & Key Users About You You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. You bring enthusiasm and a creative mindset, work well in cross-functional teams, take responsibility, and make decisions. You are hands-on with a structured, analytical approach, and you proactively seek to improve the status quo. You adapt quickly and help shape the future of RHI Magnesita. What we expect from you in terms of: Education A master’s degree in business administration or similar; economic graduation or similar. Languages English – Proficient/Fluent; additional languages are an asset.
