Webinar and 5-Day Challenge Implementation Specialist. Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours. This is a high-upside role with potential to grow into leadership positions.

Base pay range: $36,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr. Compensation: $3K-$5K/month USD to start. Fully remote independent contractor role.

About Richard Yu: Richard turned a $500 digital product into an 8-figure online education empire and teaches others how to do the same while documenting on Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities
  • Be the primary execution "field athlete" for a 5-day challenge or live webinar, using paid META ads as the main traffic source.
  • Write Facebook ad copy end to end and manage FB ad campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Hyros for ad tracking and ability to set up codes end to end.
  • Execute webinar setup using WebinarJam and develop webinar scripts, slides, and VSLs for Richard to read word-for-word.
  • Create time-limited offers within the webinar that are urgent and persuasive.
  • Generate headlines, VSL hooks, webinar copy, basic funnel flows, and direct-message call-to-actions.
  • Own campaign project management: break initiatives into SOPs, assign tasks in ClickUp, set deadlines, and keep stakeholders on track.
  • Coordinate with the creative team: provide Loom walkthroughs for designers/editors, review drafts, and offer copy guidance.
Qualifications / Ideal Profile
  • Strong copy instincts and an affinity for marketing psychology.
  • Obsessed with direct response across ads, VSLs, webinars, and long-form funnels.
  • Organized, reliable, high personal standards; able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using ClickUp, Loom, Google Docs, Notion.
  • Fluent in English; strong execution skills.
