The Amazon Logistics team is looking for a Team Leader to join the AMZL Brazil team at our Delivery Station in the Osasco/SP region. The RME (Reliability, Maintenance, Engineering) Supervisor oversees maintenance and engineering operations across multiple delivery stations within a geographic region. The leadership position is responsible for developing and implementing maintenance strategies that keep delivery station equipment – including conveyor systems, sortation machinery, and facility infrastructure – operating at peak performance. Key Job Responsibilities Develop and implement maintenance strategies that keep equipment at peak performance. Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers. Coordinate with operations teams to minimize disruptions. Manage maintenance budgets across multiple sites. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyse performance metrics and implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support company expansion. A Day in the Life Ensure facility operations. Identify and address specific issues or failures. Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment. Develop and contact suppliers. Basic Qualifications Ensino Superior completo Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horários/turnos/áreas flexíveis, inclusive finais de semana, feriados e durante a madrugada. Gestão de indicadores da operação Investigação de causa raiz e definição de plano de ação Experiência em ambientes dinâmicos e de alto nível de entregas Experiência em MS Office, com nível avançado em Excel (vlookup, fórmulas avançadas, tabelas dinâmicas). Inglês básico. Excelente habilidade de comunicação com diferentes públicos. Graduação em Engenharia, Operações ou Experiência em operações/start-up/ambientes dinâmicos que lidam com ambiguidades.
