About The Role We are hiring an Email Marketing Specialist —a sharp, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, conversion, and customer retention. This is a high‑ownership role: partner with Retention Managers and designers to develop and deploy high‑performing email and SMS campaigns for some of the fastest‑growing DTC brands. From ideation and copywriting to QA and reporting, you will be hands‑on throughout the lifecycle, translating insights into messages that drive revenue, deepen loyalty, and elevate the customer experience. The role supports a fully remote team in the EST time zone and welcomes candidates from Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico. A Day in the Life Work directly with a Retention Marketing Manager to execute data‑driven email and SMS strategies for our clients. Write, proof, and schedule email and SMS campaigns on a daily basis. Manage the revision and approval process of emails and SMS messages with clients. Develop creative campaign concepts for clients’ retention marketing calendars on a monthly basis. Collaborate with our in‑house design team to ensure campaign designs come to life and meet client expectations. Produce copy for campaign concepts and secure brief approval before sending to designers. Generate new retention marketing ideas and share them with the team. Execute automation/flow logic set‑up, pop‑up builds, and app integrations. Who You Are You will write email and SMS marketing copy, build and deploy flows and campaigns, and develop content for our e‑commerce, DTC clients. Passionate about creating email and SMS copy that drives loyalty and lifetime value. Experienced with Klaviyo or a similar ESP. Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the DTC and e‑commerce marketing industry. Creative writer looking to advance a career in marketing copywriting. Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment for yourself, your team, and clients. Your dedication to staying on the cutting edge of DTC marketing trends and best practices illustrates your growth mindset. You Should Apply If This Sounds Like You 2‑4 years of work experience in digital marketing, copywriting, growth marketing, e‑commerce, etc. Past experience working at an agency or managing multiple clients in a fast‑paced environment. Experience with Klaviyo or similar email service providers. Enthusiastic, creative, and enjoys thinking outside the box to create best‑in‑class customer experiences.
