Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Email Marketing Developer to our Martech team in São Paulo YOUR IMPACT Develop and code responsive email templates using HTML and CSS, ensuring cross-browser and device compatibility. Implement and manage email templates and components within our marketing automation stack (Braze, HubSpot and Salesforce), following our atomic design guidelines. Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and implement best practices to improve inbox placement. Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Create and maintain documentation for email templates, processes, and best practices. Work closely with the design team to ensure email creative aligns with brand guidelines. WHO YOU ARE Prior experience in email marketing development. Proven expertise in HTML/CSS coding for email templates. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing. Experience with responsive email design and mobile optimization. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for tech and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends. A problem-solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in English. NICE TO HAVE Hands-on experience with Braze and HubSpot marketing automation platforms or other email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo, SFMC). Familiarity with dynamic content personalization. Experience with email marketing analytics and reporting. Basic understanding of design principles. Experience with CRM integrations.
