We envision to keep delivering consistent results to better serve our clients.OVERVIEWThe Treasury Analyst will play a key role in supporting corporate treasury operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and driving process improvements through automation and reporting. This position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES·Treasury Reporting:Prepare periodic reportsSupport reporting on receivables and overdue balancesMaintain and enhance corporate card reportingMonitor and control supplier advancesCorporate Credit Card Management:Monitor banking integrations and file processing in OraclePerform reconciliations and track pending expense submissionsAct as the primary point of contact for cardholdersManage issuance, transfers, and card cancellationsOversee program administration, including rebates, guarantees, and associated costsInternal Controls / SOx Compliance:Ensure effectiveness and execution of SOx controlsPerform operational Treasury controlsMaintain proper documentation and share with relevant stakeholders·Audit Support (Internal & External):Provide documentation for payment controlsSupply bank statements and supporting evidenceAssist with journal documentation and circularization requests·Projects / Automation Initiatives:Automate delivery of payment confirmations to requestors (in progress)Support bank statement integration with Oracle (in progress)Assist in generating debit notes (NDs)Identify and implement automation for routine activitiesSKILLS & COMPETENCIES:· Strong analytical and organizational skills· Proficiency in Oracle and advanced Excel· Knowledge of treasury operations and internal controls· Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines· Effective communication and stakeholder management
