We are seeking a high-potential and self-motivated analyst to join our dynamic Treasury team. In this position, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and refine Treasury functions across multiple geographies and throughout CloudWalk's full suite of products. This is a highly visible role, and your contributions will be crucial in shaping our Treasury strategies and operations, as we embark on the next phase of rapid growth and ambitious expansion goals. Important: This is a hybrid model position. You may be required to be present at our office in Pinheiros, São Paulo, at least twice a week. What You'll Be Doing Perform day-to-day Treasury operations, including settlement operations, cash positioning, bank account management, daily/long-term cash flow forecasting and reporting. Partner with Capital Markets and Product teams on the structuring of new and existing financial products, incl. acquiring & fixed income. Monitor and ensure compliance with loan covenants and other regulatory requirements. Routinely interface with other teams (Tech, Finance, Legal, etc.) to support operations and ad-hoc initiatives. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, or administration. Banking industry experience and knowledge (SPB, fixed income, ALM). Strong Portuguese and English communication skills, both oral and written. Interest in learning new processes and implementing the latest technology. Team player with outstanding communication skills in a remote work environment. High level of organization skills to prioritize & handle multiple tasks on short notice in a fast-paced environment. Nice To Have SQL proficiency. Relevant experience within high-growth FinTechs (acquirer, payment institution, or financeria), banks or other financial services companies.
