About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, ensuring efficient treasury operations, and supporting strategic financial initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash positions, processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling treasury balance sheet accounts.
- Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and present treasury reports, including cash flow statements (actual and forecast) to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., accounting, legal, operations) on treasury-related matters.
- Manage banking relationships and optimize banking structures.
- Participate in special projects related to treasury systems implementation, due diligence, and external audit.
- Monitor and analyze financial markets to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems - Sankhya is a differential.
- Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS accounting principles related to treasury operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools.
- M&A experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Upper Intermediate English (written and spoken)
