**Position overview**:
The Senior Shared Services Analyst is part of Customer to Cash team and will execute a sub process within the Commercial end-to-end process. This role will be responsible to ensure all pricing details from customer contracts are captured accurately and entered timely into the system to ensure accurate customer billing and will serve as a Pricing Subject Matter Expert and is accountable to resolve complex problems, collaborate across the organization, leverage technical expertise, provide exceptional internal/ external customer satisfaction and look for process improvement opportunities.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Performing and ensuring the seamless exectuion of an S2P or C2C business process in accordance with performance metrics and targets
- Accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly process objectives through a self-directed approach in organizing, executing and monitoring work
- Taking initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocates for improved efficiency, performance, and quality
- Collaborating with team members and/or customers to find the root cause of issues, effectively resolve problems, and creatively design solutions
- Researching and resolving pricing issues and pricing adjustments
- Working closely with Regional Pricing teams to resolve any pricing issues
- Preparing and presenting reports on pricing activities and progress
- Ensuring accurate entry of customer pricing for products into the ERP systems
- Coordinating check of sales orders, delivery note and prices according to the price list, and checking VAT
- Demonstrating broad knowledge of linkages between Customer, Products, and Pricing Processes
- Recommending and implementing changes to improve process efficiencies
**What are we looking for?**
- University Degree (Faculty of Economics or similar)
- Job releated experience in finance area within international environment for 3-4 years
- Microsoft office (advanced knowledge of Excel), preferable experience in SAP
- Capability of working in dynamic and fast pace environment communicating with various stakeholders while delivering required goals
- Analytical and detail oriented person, with focus on achieving results
- Fluent English
