About DEUNA DEUNA is building ATHIA, an AI-powered orchestration and payments platform, helping large enterprises improve approval rates, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue. About The Role As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will be the primary technical point of contact for merchants after launch, ensuring operational stability and technical satisfaction. Responsibilities Proactively monitor merchant technical health and raise flags when risks are detected. Serve as the main technical contact for merchants after go‑live. Triage merchant‑reported issues and coordinate escalation to engineering. Track resolution, communicate status, and drive incident resolution. Support technical change requests, build and deliver Merchant Health Reports, and maintain accurate documentation. Advocate for merchants’ technical needs internally. Requirements 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Merchant Support, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success within Payments, Fintech, or SaaS. Strong technical understanding of online payment ecosystems (APIs, SDKs, transaction flows, fraud tools, chargeback management). Experience with incident management and post‑launch technical operations. Experience in SQL or similar querying languages for report creation and data analysis. Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders. Strong organization, follow‑up discipline, and fluency in Spanish and English. Experience working with LatAm merchants is a must. Startup environment experience is a plus. Benefits Remote work from anywhere. Vacations and additional PTO.
