Position Summary A contracted Account Manager position at Novogene, requiring residency in Brazil. Remote work is available but candidates must reside in Brazil. Responsibilities Develop and implement a tailored sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual targets in assigned accounts. Act as the key interface between customers and Novogene divisions, maintaining current knowledge of the company’s products and services. Communicate accurately and efficiently with a wide range of professionals within assigned accounts. Utilize Salesforce.com to document and track client information and sales opportunities. Qualifications BS degree in a life science discipline; advanced degrees encouraged. Prior sales and account management experience in biotech a plus. Working knowledge of NGS, genomics, and/or molecular biology. Deep knowledge/network within assigned accounts is a plus. Independent, self‑driven, and goal‑oriented. Experience with SFDC or other CRM software is a plus. Degree in biology, biochemistry, or genetics. Some sales experience. Fluent in English. Available to travel within Brazil.
