Warehouse Material Coordinator

Join to apply for the Warehouse Material Coordinator role at Ausenco . Our team in Brazil is growing; we are recruiting for a Warehouse Material Coordinator to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Paulo.

• Coordinate activities related to receiving, inspecting, storing and distributing materials and equipment
• Ensure accurate physical and system inventory control, preventing losses and discrepancies
• Supervise the warehouse team, promoting training and operational best practices
• Conduct periodic inventories and maintain data accuracy
• Manage the flow of materials in and out according to the project schedule
• Interface with suppliers, engineers, and managers to ensure proper supply
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
• Prepare reports on material movement and logistics performance indicators

• Minimum technical degree in Logistics or related fields.
• Solid experience in warehouse management, preferably in construction or industrial environments (minimum 10 years)
• Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and logistics control tools
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with safety standards and material handling regulation

This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional's performance.
