OverviewJoin to apply for the Test Lead role at Cognizant As a Test Lead, you will supervise and manage all testing activities. You will be a valued member of the QEA team and work collaboratively with the supplier. In This Role, You Will Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and associated scripts Develop and document strategies for repeated tests Execute and evaluate test plans and test cases Perform troubleshooting and debugging of test cases Review functional requirements and test plans Monitor and report progress on test plans and cases Work collaboratively with other team members Work model: hybrid We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this roles business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in São Paulo - SP. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What You Need To Have To Be Considered Possess a strong background in web application testing and test metrics reporting. Demonstrate proficiency in SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for effective test management. Exhibit expertise in manual E2E business process assurance testing. Have basic programming skills to support testing automation efforts. Experience in employee support domain is a plus.
