Role: Test Lead (ServiceNow) We are looking for a Test Lead (ServiceNow) who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Develop and execute comprehensive ATF test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications, ensuring proper coverage of all modules and functionalities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and define test objectives. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues. Create and maintain test data and test environments. Lead a team of testers and provide support and guidance to junior testers as needed. Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process. Analyze test requirements, design and execute tests. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow ATF testing. Mandatory skills: 6-8 years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow Platform Configuration, Maintenance and ATF Testing. Basic development knowledge of ServiceNow development components such as ACLs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc. Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools. ServiceNow ATF Micro‑certification. Strong knowledge on ServiceNow ATF. Testing experience on ServiceCatalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration. Strong understanding and exposure of ITSM Processes. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its various modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, S2P, WSD etc. Proficiency in creating ATF test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks using ServiceNow ATF. English is mandatory. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Data, IT or a closely related field. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. What do we offer?
