Job Summary Who You Are You are a person with exceptional talent and drive, and you solve real business problems by creating complete technical solutions. You are well equipped to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across an organization in the pursuit of generating actionable insights and great visualizations 4+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries Strong Python experience for data analysis and transformation. 4+ years of experience working with dashboarding and visualization tools (Looker preferred) You are a fluent English speaker Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity and quality Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline or equivalent real-world experience. What You’ll Do Define, build, and maintain key business KPIs, dashboards, and reports. Perform deep-dive data analysis and business modeling to guide key strategic decisions. Investigate trends, anomalies, and variances across a range of performance metrics, and communicate clear, data-driven narratives and strategic recommendations. Proactively identify risks, emerging trends, and performance drivers, supporting data-informed decisions across the business. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a holistic understanding of business performance Benefits Salary Range from 33,000 - 41,316 USD/yr Flexible remote working environment.
