Job Summary Conducted the payroll demands and all its related activities with greater autonomy, knowledge and skill with financial, governmental and labor issues Hr Operations The responsibilities of the Analyst include processing time and attendence, admissions, contract terminations, Vacation, updating payroll records, e-Social, attendance of labor processes, attendance tickets Service Now. Operationalization of benefits such as food stamps, transportation vouchers, medical assistance, vehicle fleet. Job Responsibilities Run and monitor the time and attendance process Checking payroll information for accuracy and making sure it is correct Executing with HR on payroll changes (e.g., terminations, new hires, vacation, benefits) Updating data in the payroll system Execution of electronic payments, entries into the financial system. Perform payroll reconciliation with accounting. Monitor entries in e-Social, run DCTFWeb, taxes. Attend to Legal for labor relations and labor processes. Process other financial compensation or deductions (e.g. annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes, workers' compensation) Benefit expenses, such as insurance fees or paid leave Produce management KPI reports Respond to employee questions or concerns about wages and salaries Job Requirements Knowledge or skills that would normally be obtained by a bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, including salary or generalist position, preferably with previous technology experience Knowledge of various HR platforms (ideally ADP Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors) Knowledge of payroll activities and requirements Intermediate level English #J-18808-Ljbffr
