Our teams span across the globe, and we’re proud of the cultural alignment, speed, and excellence they bring. ????️ Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Service Now Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate Service Now across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. ✅ Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, Java Script) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST/SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices . Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions . Stay up to date with Service Now releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients. ???? Requirements Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum); a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience , with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Strong scripting and automation skills ( Glide, Java Script, Flow Designer ) Experience with integrations, REST/SOAP, ERP systems, and AI-driven workflows Proven client-facing experience , able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders Fluent in English (written & verbal) Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to operate in fast-paced, high-impact projects ⭐ Nice to Have Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Additional Service Now certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-HR, CIS-ITOM, etc.) Previous experience delivering solutions to US-based enterprise clients ????
