Rider Care Strategy Operations Expert About Us We are an international company focused on revolutionizing the delivery sector worldwide. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that help people eat and live better. Job Summary: Develop and Implement Rider Care Strategies: Create comprehensive rider care strategies and annual plans aligned with our business objectives and riders' needs, conduct continuous research on industry trends and rider feedback, and optimize care solutions; Design a Rider Welfare System: Plan and organize various rider activities (such as holiday celebrations, award ceremonies, and team-building events) to enhance rider cohesion, collaborate with external partners to provide riders with value-added services; Data Analysis and Evaluation: Collect and analyze data related to rider care, assess the effectiveness of care measures, and adjust and improve care strategies based on data analysis results. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or related fields; Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills to collaborate with different departments and levels; Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities to make decisions based on data; Advanced proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
