Commercial Director – Pharma & Supplements | Latin America

Role Overview

Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Pharma / Supplements, portfolios across Latin America, with a strong focus on pharmaceutical-grade solutions. Drive sustainable growth through portfolio management, distributor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for Pharma, Supplements portfolios, aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Manage and expand the LATAM customer base, with a strong emphasis on the End Use Market for pharma and supplements.
  • Lead distributor strategy and performance management to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the São Paulo-based manufacturing plant to align operations with commercial needs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and innovation delivery.
  • Identify and develop opportunities leveraging Kerry’s horizontal platforms (e.g., flavors, enzymes, emulsifiers) for the pharma and supplements market.
  • Support pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation pipelines.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement sectors.
  • Proven track record in LATAM market development and distributor management.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
