Job Description

The Commercial Director for Pharma will lead the development and execution of our commercial strategy across Latin America, with a focus on pharmaceutical-grade solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing the commercial strategy for our pharma portfolios, aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
  • Managing and expanding our customer base in LATAM, with a strong emphasis on the end-use market for pharma and supplements.
  • Leading distributor strategy and performance management to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
  • Collaborating closely with our São Paulo-based manufacturing plant to align operations with commercial needs.
  • Engaging with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and innovation delivery.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities leveraging our horizontal platforms (e.g., flavors, enzymes, emulsifiers) for the pharma and supplements market.
  • Supporting pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation pipelines.
