The TECH SALES CONSULTING - Cybersecurity will be responsible of:
- Provide technical support to the sales organization, mainly through pre-sales & post-sales technical consulting activities.
- Responsible for consulting with sales teams, partners, and customers to provide technical expertise regarding the design, customization, implementation, and account management of highly complex specialized products and services.
- Providing technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products to ensure the system is functioning according to specifications.
- Leads technical discussions in client meetings across multiple levels and disciplines to identify business and technical needs, issues, and priorities.
- Design technical solutions involving new and emerging technologies.
Run Proof of Concept (POC) and product trials based on customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, enabling them and understanding their technical challenges.
- Experience with Cloud Security.
- Experience in the Cybersecurity industry.
- Experience working with Managed Security Service Providers.
- Advance expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expertise with XDR
- Advanced knowledge of AlienVault USM Anywhere, USM Central, and USM Appliance.
- System administration experience in Linux or Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to learn and understand cybersecurity technologies and their integrations with our company products and services.
- Bilingual Portuguese - English
